SES Suppression Manager lets approved Kiwanis staff search, review, and remove suppressed destinations. Search results come from a DynamoDB mirror of the Kiwanis AWS SES account-level suppression list, and removals are applied to the SES account-level list.
Access is restricted to members of the Entra group SEC-APP-SES-Suppression-List.

How to use
Removal timing
Removal typically takes effect within minutes, but delivery is not guaranteed immediately. SES and the recipient mail provider may still reject or filter messages. If another bounce or complaint occurs, the address may be re-suppressed automatically.
AWS-managed suppression
Amazon SES also has AWS-managed suppression mechanisms that we cannot view or modify. This tool can only manage the Kiwanis account-level suppression list. Removing an address here does not override AWS-managed suppression.
